How does it work??
An analysis of your energy usage and forecasted spends is carried out and a “no commit” proposal detailing the potential savings is produced along with a timescale and schedule of the installation process.
The customer then signs up to a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) whereby they are charged a standard rate per unit (kWh) produced from the Solar PV system installed. This rate is generally on average 25% less than the clients existing price of electricity from their current supplier and is fixed for the full 25-year term.
We deal with the full legal side including gaining landlord permissions if necessary for the leasing of the space, whilst keeping you up to date with the process every step of the way.
The system(s) or technologies are installed with no upfront cost to the customer and are fully maintained and insured by our team with absolutely no cost to the customer.
After 25 years, ownership of the system transfers to the customer with 100% free solar PV electricity for the remaining lifetime of the system (c. 10 years)

1. How much will I save on my energy bills through Solar PPA?
The savings on average are 25% against your current energy rate and 34% of your total annual spend year on year including the current rate of inflation.
2. What is the lifespan of the solar modules?
PV modules have a lifespan of 25 years of full operation however are expected to last longer.
3. I rent my building, is this an issue?
No, the majority of our customers are leasing their building and we generally find that the landlord has no issue in allowing a system to be installed, especially given that it increases the marketability of the premises should you decide to vacate.
4. Do I need to ask my landlord for permission?
If you are on good terms with your landlord then perhaps you may wish to do so, although we handle the legal side of things and our professionals have all the tools necessary to make your landlord feel comfortable in allowing the work to take place.
5. Am I responsible for maintenance or repairs of the system?
No, the system is fully maintained and insured for the full 25 year term to a high and professional standard
